I am a multi instrumentalist and a vocalist i come from many gharanas which is Indore ,Indore beenkar,mehwati,dagar gawalior I learn singing (dhrupad and khyal ) and sarangi Playing from the these gharanes, especially dhrupad which is my one of my forte and i specialise in the gauhaar baani .I learned some basic from my dad and then learn from Ustad Rauf Mehdi Iam a disciple of teacher disciple tradition or guru shiishya parampara. of Late Pandit Pratap Narayan and Smt.Kankana Banerjee of the Indore mehwati Gharana,as time went by I did took some guidance of late Ustad fahimuddin Dagar and from ustad Roshan Abbas (gwalior).My 3rd instrument is tabla which my main is Delhi gharana, but I also play ajrara, farukhabaad Lucknow and Punjab ,my following teacher are ustad faryad hussain known as bhulli khan, Ustad Sharif Ahmed Khan,Ustad Miya Shaukat Hussain Khan, Pandit PratapNarayan,Ustad Fayaz Ahmed khan I also trained in western pianist for classical under marc wallcott known as madhusudan . My 4th instrument is sarangi teacher are Pandit Bharat Bhushan Goswami,Ustad ilyas khan and Ustad Munir khan,and finally Ustad Nasir Faridi Desai for dhrupad and beenkar training . Iam also music directory and composer ,using indian classical fusing with western classical music as well as other genres.
